Understanding the importance of this topic, comes the FARM COACHING Succession 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, SIA’s newest training in partnership with Coelho Silva e Centeno Advogados.

FARM COACHING Succession aims to modify old discourses about rural succession and show its participants that with some strategies we can transform this family process, which is often challenging, into something more practical, less painful and more efficient!

The training will show you that not only legal strategies are needed for succession planning, but also behavioral and communication techniques so that we understand that talking about succession is much more than thinking about inheritance and death, but rather looking at life and legacy of each one.

Through this set of strategies, FARM COACHING Succession will offer you tools to optimize family communication in a way that allows the participant to better understand the entire emotional process involved when developing succession planning, and thus fosters family engagement throughout the process, in addition to motivating everyone to express their opinions in a light and objective way, dealing with all the prejudices and fears that may involve this process!

HOW WILL THE TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
There will be two days of immersion in the theme of rural succession and integration between rural producers from different regions who are going through or are looking to start the succession process!

The training will take place at Urban Concept, at Av. Carlos Gomes, 1942, in Porto Alegre, between the 4th and 5th of October!
