The SIA+

WHAT IS IT?

It is behavioral training to promote the development of participants in their behavioral skills, taking them out of their comfort zone and enabling them to be successful leaders in agriculture.

FORMAT

The training is divided into 6 modules. In total there are 24 hours of course, divided into 8 meetings of 3 hours each.

GOAL

METHODOLOGY

  • Total workload = 24 hours (8 meetings of 3 hours each)
  • Continued interaction for 2 months (whastapp platform)
  • Exclusive teaching material (ppts, videos, support material)
  • Meetings via the ZOOM platform (meetings recorded and made available at the end of each module)
  • Weekly meetings
  • Total duration of 8 weeks (2 months)

MODULES

MINDSET

A 3-hour meeting

  • As you think? (mapping each participant, defining pre-established ways of thinking, why do we think like this?)
  • What is your mental model? (definition of mental models: fixed or growth?
  • Deconstructing and Reconstructing (deconstructing our way of thinking to rebuild in a model that is more open to new ideas)
  • A new look (how to look at the same situations already experienced from a new perspective)

COMMUNICATION

Two 3-hour meetings

  • Demystifying communication (what is communication? how does it work? Verbal and non-verbal)
  • Assertive communication (how to use communication to my advantage?)
  • Neurolinguistic Programming (techniques, tools and practice to communicate better)
  • Non-violent communication (the way you speak makes all the difference)

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

A 3-hour meeting

  • Self-knowledge (we need to know our emotions to learn how to deal with them)
  • Emotion Management (how to better manage emotions and use them to our advantage)
  • Interpersonal relationships (how do I relate to others?)
  • Healthy connections (how to build healthier relationships in everyday life)

TIME MANAGEMENT

A 3-hour meeting

  • Time? I have no time! (How is your time management?)
  • Making time easier (tools for time management)

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Two 3-hour meetings

  • Leadership x Management (what is the difference in practice? What would you like to be?)
  • Efficient leadership (assumptions of excellent leadership to achieve results)
  • Me Leader (what type of leader am I? What do I need to develop to achieve my goals?)

FOCUS, GOAL AND ACTIONS

A 3-hour meeting

  • Action Plan (building an efficient action plan, establishing goals and objectives with micro actions so that the objective can be achieved, putting into practice all the knowledge learned)
2nd class will start on 11/03.
